All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in San Diego, California. Most orders ship the same business day if placed before 2:00pm PT, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00pm PT, on weekends, or on US public holidays are processed the next business day.
During promotional periods or new product launches, processing may extend to 2 business days. If your order is delayed beyond our standard processing window, you will receive an email notification with an updated dispatch estimate.
Place your order before 2:00pm Pacific Time, Monday–Friday, for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after cutoff ship the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the selected service level at checkout.

All US orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax) qualify for free standard shipping. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.
Delivery estimates reflect business days from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order. Weekends and public holidays are not counted. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume periods such as major sale events.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries and regions. All international orders are dispatched via DHL Express or FedEx International for reliable customs clearance and end-to-end tracking.

International delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch and include standard customs clearance time. Customs delays, which are outside our control, can extend delivery by 2–5 additional business days. A tracking number and carrier link will be emailed to you at the time of dispatch.
Order Tracking
You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our facility. This email contains your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking information may take 4–12 hours to populate on the carrier's system after the initial scan.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us. The subject line will be: "Your Upgrade Health order has shipped."
Lost or Damaged Orders
We take full responsibility for orders that are lost in transit or that arrive damaged. If your order qualifies under either condition, we will reship at no cost to you. You are not required to return damaged goods.
Lost orders: An order is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international) after the last carrier scan. Contact us with your order number and we will file a carrier claim and reship immediately.
Damaged on arrival: Email a photo of the damaged packaging and product to support@upgradehealth.com within 14 days of the delivery date. We will reship the affected items within 1–2 business days of your report.
First check around your entry, mailbox, and with neighbors. If the package genuinely hasn't arrived within 24 hours of the "delivered" scan, contact us. Carrier misdirected packages are rare but we handle them promptly.
Address Changes
Address changes can be made within 2 hours of order placement by emailing support@upgradehealth.com with your order number and the corrected address. After that window, your order will have entered our fulfillment queue and cannot be intercepted.
Once an order has shipped, address corrections must be requested directly with the carrier. UPS and FedEx offer delivery address updates via their apps (fees may apply). USPS Package Intercept is available at usps.com for a small fee. If a delivery fails and the package is returned to our facility, we will reship to a corrected address at no extra charge.
Refused & Returned Orders
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you via email once it arrives back at our facility. You may choose to have the order reshipped (additional shipping charges apply) or receive a refund for the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of refused or undeliverable packages.
For international orders refused at customs, the recipient is responsible for any return shipping fees charged by the carrier. These fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total at checkout. These charges are levied by the destination country's customs authority and vary depending on the country, order value, and product category.
Your carrier (DHL or FedEx) will contact you before delivery if payment is required for customs clearance. We declare all shipments accurately and in compliance with international trade regulations. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue shipments to reduce duties — doing so is illegal and voids our shipping guarantee.
Check your country's import duty threshold for health supplements before ordering. Many countries have a de minimis threshold below which no duties apply. The EU threshold is typically €150; the UK threshold is £135; Canada's is CAD $20 for most goods.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products in our range may be subject to import restrictions in specific countries. This is most commonly relevant to products containing peptides or novel ingredients in markets with stricter dietary supplement regulations. If your order is held at customs due to a regulatory restriction, we will notify you and offer a full product refund.
We currently do not ship to the following destinations: APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, US territories other than Puerto Rico, and any country subject to US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions. If your country is not listed in our international shipping options at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.
