Every ingredient in every Upgrade Health formula is sourced to a published spec, verified by independent HPLC analysis, and dosed to match the study we cite. No exceptions.
RCT dose or nothing.
Most supplement brands write their own label claims. We don't. Every ingredient dose in our products is anchored to the specific dose used in at least one peer-reviewed randomized controlled trial — not the minimum effective amount, but the clinically tested amount.
That means if the RCT used 500mg of NMN, we use 500mg. If the study on KSM-66® Ashwagandha used 600mg daily for 60 days, that's the dose we match. No up-charges for higher tiers. No under-dosing to cut margins.
Tested before it reaches you.
Four independent checkpoints between raw material receipt and the bottle on your shelf. Any failure at any stage means the batch is quarantined and reformulated.
Every incoming raw material is tested by HPLC and mass spectrometry before it ever enters our facility. We test for identity, potency, heavy metals (USP <232>), microbial load, and pesticide residues before accepting any shipment.
HPLC / MSDuring blending and encapsulation, weight variation and uniformity checks run at every 500-unit interval. Blend samples are tested mid-run for homogeneity before the batch is cleared to capsule fill.
GMP Lot ControlFinished bottles are pulled and sent to a third-party ISO 17025-accredited lab for a full certificate of analysis: label-claim verification, dissolution, moisture content, and full contaminant panel — before any unit ships.
ISO 17025Accelerated stability studies (ICH Q1A) are run on every formula at 6, 12, and 24 months. Potency at expiration must remain ≥95% of label claim — if it doesn't, we reformulate the packaging before we reformulate the product.

Most of these appear on labels you'd recognize. They're legal. They're cheap. And we won't touch them.
Getting it in isn't enough. Getting it absorbed is the job.
A perfect dose in the wrong form passes through your system unused. We choose delivery mechanisms based on pharmacokinetic data — not what's cheapest to manufacture.
For fat-soluble actives and molecules with poor intestinal permeability — CoQ10, curcumin, phosphatidylserine — we use phospholipid bilayer encapsulation to bypass first-pass metabolism and improve plasma Cmax by up to 8×.
Ingredients with short plasma half-lives — like berberine (t½ ≈ 3h) or melatonin — are formulated in HPMC extended-release matrices to maintain therapeutic plasma concentrations over 6–8 hours rather than spiking and crashing.
We use the clinically validated chelate or activated form of every mineral and B-vitamin: magnesium glycinate (not oxide), methylfolate (not folic acid), methylcobalamin (not cyanocobalamin), zinc bisglycinate (not sulfate).
We name our suppliers. On purpose.
Generic raw material suppliers produce generic results. Every key active in our formulas comes from a named, patented, and independently studied ingredient brand.
